Good quality product; exactly as in description. There was a problem with the courier for the delivery, but as soon as I contracted the vendor, they were surprisingly prompt with a response and action to take care of everything (thank you Malcolm). I also really appreciate that the delivery includes a sheet with details crediting the artists whose work is featured on the products. Overall, good product and great customer service.

great product, excellent customer service

After placing the order, Malcom emailed me to let me know they'd be out of the office for a while and that there would be a delay in getting the order to me. They offered to toss in an extra patch or sticker (the other part of my order) for free, and ended up putting an extra of each in. Totally above and beyond by my reckoning.

The patches are great. They're exactly as shown in the photo.
